Dallas native Joe Clifford had been talking about creating a company for many years and finally decided it was time to make C&C Exteriors a reality. Joe's mix of personality and skill set coupled with an existing, experienced team make for an amazing company.

Owner
Joe has worked in construction for over 30 years. In 1996, he helped establish one of the largest exterior companies in Dallas. After 19 years of installing windows, roofs, siding and doors, he decided to start his own company and C&C Exteriors was born. As a testament to Joe’s management style, his window, roof, siding and repair crews have all followed him to C&C Exteriors.
Steve Ralston
Sales Consultant
Steve has over 30 years of experience in real estate and construction as a licensed realtor, property manager, insurance adjuster, home inspector and contractor. Steve recently served as the Technical & Construction Advisor for a large exterior restoration franchisor in Texas, advising over 40 new business owners across the United States in all aspects of exterior restoration. Mr. Ralston holds a BS from the University of Texas at Arlington and he is a Haag Certified Roofing Inspector and a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor.
Allison Schwartz
Office Manager
Allison is thrilled to be working for Joe Clifford at C&C. She brings over 20 years of office experience to the company which gets used daily to keep projects running on time and on budget.
Rhonda Clifford
Business Manager
Rhonda has extensive experience in retail and small business management which makes her a natural with delegating and lending help wherever needed. She is also married to Joe Clifford so she has the hardest job of all at C&C, keeping Joe in line.
